La Roca de Pelancà is situated in the heart of the Camprodon Valley, a privileged setting in the eastern Catalan Pyrenees.
This unique hamlet is literally perched on a great rock, offering breathtaking views and absolute peace, just minutes away from the vibrant town of Camprodon.
La Roca, a rural village of great architectural beauty and declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, is an ideal destination for anyone wishing to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature and close to high mountains, with a wide range of possibilities: from tourist and cultural activities, visits to towns in the valley and the Ripollès region, sports activities (hiking, mountaineering, skiing, mountain biking...) to simply spending a few relaxing days unplugged from routine.
The peace you need
Our accommodations are located in the municipality of la Roca de Pelancà, at an altitude of 1,040 meters, one of the most unique landscapes in the Camprodon Valley.
Located between Llanars and Vilallonga de Ter, about 3 km from Camprodon, and about 20 mins from the Vallter 2000 ski and mountain resort.
This small rural village sits on a giant rock that plummets over the Ter river, offering open views, silence, and calm.
La Roca preserves the charm of mountain villages, with narrow, cobbled streets that are mostly pedestrian, ideal for strolling without rushing between stone houses and history-filled corners.
Some of these houses were built directly on the rock that gives the place its name, and at the top of the crag you can still find the remains of the old Pelancà fortress, a testament to centuries of history listed as a Cultural Asset of National Interest.
Surrounded by forests and paths, the accommodations invite you to disconnect, breathe pure air, and enjoy a peaceful stay at the unhurried pace of mountain life.

Inside, the fire lit in the fireplace, the soft sound of wood, fresh sheets that smell clean, a feeling of well-being that envelops everything.
While outside, the village breathes calm. Children play freely through the cobbled streets, discovering corners full of charm, the dog can roam freely along the surrounding paths and cool off in the river on warmer days.

Here you will find Laia, Albert, and our son Roc, who already knows the village better than anyone. And, of course, Dhaula, our Australian Shepherd, a faithful adventure companion and essential part of the family.
We live rooted in the Camprodon Valley and believe in one-on-one relationships, in closeness, and in recommending that special corner that doesn't appear in the guides. We are passionate about the mountains in all seasons: the intense green of summer, the soft colors of autumn, the light of spring, and the white silence of winter.
We have grown up here and live the valley every day: walking it, observing it, and caring for it as has always been done.
And this is what we want to share when you visit: a simple and authentic way to experience the Camprodon Valley.
